Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Consultation Sessions

• You may reschedule a paid consultation with at least 24 hours notice, subject to availability.
• Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the session are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session may attract a partial or no refund.
• Missed sessions without notice are generally non-refundable.

2. Digital Products

• Digital products delivered successfully to the buyer are generally non-refundable.
• If payment is confirmed but delivery fails due to a verified technical issue on our side, we will either redeliver or issue a refund.
• Duplicate charges caused by payment gateway errors will be reviewed and refunded where confirmed.

3. Advisory and Sourcing Engagements

• Refund eligibility depends on project stage, completed work, and third-party commitments already made.
• Fees tied to work already delivered, completed inspections, completed documentation, or committed supplier actions may be non-refundable.
• Where a signed service agreement exists, that agreement controls refund terms for that engagement.

4. Third-Party Costs

Third-party costs such as banking charges, gateway fees, shipping, inspection, customs, and regulatory charges are usually non-refundable once incurred or committed.

5. Refund Request Process

• Send refund requests tocontact@aladiautos.comwith your full name, email, payment reference, and reason.
• Requests are reviewed case-by-case and may require supporting evidence.
• Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method where possible.

6. Processing Timeline

Once approved, refunds are initiated promptly, but final posting time depends on payment providers and banking networks.
