Vehicle Import Advisory, Lagos, Nigeria

You Shouldn't Have to Trust Us Blindly.
So We Built a Process That Protects You.

Most import horror stories happen because buyers sent money to strangers without structure. Our 4-phase payment system means you only pay as verified progress is made, at every step.

Your Concerns Are Valid. Here's How We Handle Each One.

These are the questions every serious buyer asks. We'd rather answer them here, clearly and completely, than have you wonder during the process.

"What if I get scammed?"

We use verified suppliers only, the same sources we have worked with across 100+ deliveries. You never send money to an unknown party. Every payment goes through a documented, auditable process.

"Are these prices even real?"

After the sourcing fee is paid, we issue a verified supplier invoice showing the actual vehicle cost. There is no price fabrication. You see what we pay before you commit to Phase 2.

"Are there hidden charges?"

No. Before you proceed past Phase 1, you receive a complete landed cost breakdown: vehicle cost, shipping, duties, levies and clearing. The total you see in Phase 1 is the total you pay.

"How do I trust you?"

You don't have to. Not blindly. Our 4-phase payment structure means trust is earned at each stage through evidence: invoices, inspection reports, shipping updates and WhatsApp communication throughout.

"What about grey market support?"

We advise on specification suitability before sourcing begins. If a vehicle's spec creates concerns for Nigerian roads, registration or maintenance access, we tell you before you commit. Not after.

"What if I change my mind?"

The sourcing fee is fully refundable if no verified vehicle matching your requirements is found. You are not locked in until you approve the actual vehicle in Phase 2.

“You don't have to trust us blindly. Our process is built to protect you.”

Every step in our process exists to give you a verifiable checkpoint before the next payment. Control stays with you throughout.

You Stay In Control. We Support Where Needed.

Not every client wants the same level of involvement. We offer four engagement levels, from full-service management to advisory only.

01

Full-Service Import

We handle everything: sourcing, acquisition, shipping, clearing and delivery. You approve each phase and receive updates throughout. Hands-off, fully managed.

02

You Source, We Ship & Clear

You've found the vehicle yourself or plan to buy at auction. We handle the export, freight, Nigerian clearing and final delivery, applying the same rigour to the process you started.

03

We Source, You Clear

You have a trusted clearing agent or prefer to handle the Nigerian side. We identify, inspect and secure the right vehicle abroad and hand over for your clearing process.

04

Advisory Only

You want expert intelligence on vehicle selection, pricing strategy, spec guidance and import risk assessment, without us handling the transaction. Ideal for experienced importers who want independent analysis.

Every option is available regardless of budget. Whether your budget is ₦15M or ₦150M, whether you're importing your first vehicle or building a portfolio. The right level of support is available.

Every Phase Is Designed to Reduce Your Exposure

This isn't how most importers operate. Most ask for 50–100% upfront. We structured our process differently, because we've seen what happens when clients have no checkpoints.

Phase 1 Protection

You Risk Only 5% Until You See Real Options

The sourcing fee is small by design. It's a commitment filter that shows you're serious and gives us the mandate to engage our supplier network. If we can't find a vehicle that meets your requirements, it comes back to you in full.

Phase 2 Protection

You See the Invoice Before You Pay 65%

The largest payment is also the most documented. You receive a verified supplier invoice showing the exact acquisition cost. You inspect the vehicle report. You approve the unit before Phase 2 is triggered. There is no blind transfer.

Phase 3–4 Protection

You Have Bill of Lading Before Final Payment

You don't pay for shipping until shipping has started. You don't pay for clearing until the vessel has arrived. Every subsequent payment has a visible, verifiable trigger that you confirm before releasing funds.

The Sourcing Fee Is Not a Charge. It's a Commitment Filter.

When you pay the sourcing fee, you're not paying us for time. You're activating access to verified supplier relationships that took years to build, signalling that you're serious enough to receive that access.

Unserious enquiries don't pass Phase 1. That protects your time as much as ours. It means the suppliers we work with know that every buyer we introduce is qualified and ready to proceed.

The fee is deducted from your total cost in Phase 2. It's not an additional charge on top of the vehicle price.

Fully Refundable If We Can't Deliver

If we cannot find a verified vehicle matching your requirements and budget within the sourcing period, the sourcing fee is returned to you in full.

Activates Verified Supplier AccessOur supplier relationships are not available to walk-in enquiries. The sourcing fee is the mechanism that opens this access specifically for your requirements.
Filters for Serious Buyers OnlySuppliers in our network respond faster and more thoroughly to committed buyers. The sourcing fee signals your seriousness, which directly improves the quality of options you receive.
Deducted From Final CostThe sourcing fee is not a separate charge. It comes off the Phase 2 payment, so the total you pay for your vehicle remains exactly as quoted.
Secured, Not Spent ImmediatelyThe fee is held during the sourcing period. It is only applied to your account upon successful vehicle identification and your approval to proceed.
Full Transparency on How It's UsedYou'll know exactly what sourcing activities are being undertaken on your behalf. No black box. Ongoing WhatsApp updates throughout the sourcing period.

Every Risk Has a Countermeasure Built Into the Process

Import risk is real. We don't minimise it. We systematically account for it at every stage. Here is exactly how each major risk is handled.

Calm processes, not reassuring words. You can verify every one of these commitments at the relevant phase.

Discuss Your Specific Situation →
Supplier Fraud RiskAll suppliers are pre-vetted through a track record of completed transactions. No new, unverified supplier enters our network without a documented history.
Wrong Specification RiskSpecification requirements are confirmed in writing before sourcing begins. Supplier documentation is cross-checked against client brief before Phase 2 approval.
Hidden Damage RiskPhysical inspection is completed before acquisition funds are transferred. Inspection report issued to client, covering structural, mechanical and cosmetic findings.
Clearing Cost Surprise RiskFull clearing cost estimate provided before Phase 2: duty, levies, agent fees and all components. The number you see before shipping is the number you pay on arrival.
Communication Breakdown RiskAll updates are delivered via WhatsApp, the channel you use daily. No portal login, no delayed emails. Direct access throughout every phase of the process.
Post-Delivery Support RiskOur relationship doesn't end at handover. Questions about documentation, registration and spec support are handled after delivery, not treated as outside scope.

What Goes Wrong When the Process Isn't Structured

These are the most common and most expensive mistakes Nigerian buyers make when importing without a structured advisory process.

Common Mistakes
Sending full payment to unverified suppliersNo recourse if the vehicle doesn't arrive or doesn't match. Money is gone with no paper trail and no legal protection.
Choosing wrong specificationsUSA-spec climate control, metric tyre sizes, and emissions configurations can create ongoing maintenance issues in Nigeria that add significant cost over time.
Underestimating clearing costsDuty and levies on luxury vehicles often exceed what buyers budget. Without a pre-clearing cost estimate, many buyers face a shortfall at the port they didn't plan for.
Skipping pre-purchase inspectionCosmetically perfect vehicles at auction can carry hidden mechanical or structural damage. Buying without an in-person inspection before shipment is a significant risk that costs far more to resolve on arrival.
How We Handle Each
Phased payments to verified suppliers onlyEvery payment is linked to a documented milestone. Supplier identity and transaction history are verified before any funds are released.
Specification advisory before sourcing beginsWe review your requirements for Nigeria-specific compatibility: tyre availability, climate system function and emissions certification, before a single vehicle is searched.
Full landed cost breakdown before Phase 2You receive a complete cost breakdown (vehicle, shipping, duty, levies, clearing and agent fees) before the largest payment is made. Zero surprises at the port.
Physical inspection before acquisition funds transferNo vehicle is purchased without a physical inspection. Inspection report is provided to the client before Phase 2 payment is requested. You see the findings first.
